The original artwork was shown at The Other Art Fair London Oct 2022 and featured in two curated collections by Rebecca Wilson, Chief Curator and VP, Art Advisory at Saatchi Art. 
 
I chose the angles of the oil painting to shoot from with my photographer. I wanted the limited editions to have a graphic feel to them, working as a set of four. The camera was taken from an angle, so it appears the fish are jumping out of the water. The original artwork is painted with oil on 24ct gold leafed birchwood.
 
The Metallic Gloss paper accentuates the depth of the water and scales of the koi and looks beautiful floated 5mm in the Portman frame.
