Hummingbird Green was inspired by my traveling the coast of Brazil. I fell in love with the country and its diversity. The high concentration of flora and fauna in their natural environment were simply stunning. 
 
I love the mix of contemporary with fine art. I used spray paints and large areas of block colour. I used the influence of art-deco in this piece, keeping it minimal but dramatic.
